Facility Explorer and EASYIO Estimation Tool
Tools Microsoft Excel VBA Description Simplify Sales and Estimation team works on preparing Building Management Systems (BMS) design and proposal.
It divides the work into four levels:
Level 1: Automation Level. User can design control panels by entering details of equipments, control points, and select field devices. The tool will do the required selection for optimum solution based on varity number of controllers and expansion modules.
Level 2: Room Level. User can design control loops for varity types of room level equipments (Fan Coil Unit, Variable Air Volume, Package Units,...).
Level 3: Supervisory Level. The tool will select required number of supvervisory contollers with all of its licenses and accessories to cover whole system points and loops. The user has an option to select router instead of supervisory controller too.
Level 4: Server Level. The tool will select required licenses and accessories to cover whole system components.
In the final stage, the user can generate project BOQ, Third-party devices BOQ, and Units Allocation Report.
BMS Bidding Tool
Tools Microsoft Excel Description During bidding stage, most of projects has no detailed design, and that makes preparing quotation something hard! We designed BMS budding tool that supports contractors and system integrators on preparing quotations by just filling the quantities of listed items. We did our best to include most common units that available in the market. The user just needs to add quantity and select whether he wants to make unit connected to BMS server or not, and the tool will display the final prices, including the cost of field devices, controllers, integrating into BMS server, Testing and Commissioning cost, and good sales margin for the system integrator.
